On July 23rd, at True Fellowship Lodge no.52, IOOF, the Third Degree of Truth was conferred to six worthy candidates:
- Sister Liana Hildalgo of True Fellowship Lodge no.52
- Sister Megs O’Neil of True Fellowship Lodge no.52
- Brother Terrance Seddon of True Fellowship Lodge no.52
- Sister Pamela Johnson of Cupertino Lodge no.70
- Sister Helen Bobias of Cupertino Lodge no.70
- Sister Tina Liddie of Saratoga Lodge no.428
The degree was noteworthy as many members of Richard Brouse Degree Lodge no.190 were participating in conferring the degree in preparation and practice for the upcoming Degree performances at Odd Con in Yreka, CA on September 5th thru 7th.
Additionally, unexpected and substantial life commitments for Brother Andrew Crockett have necessitated his departure from the position of Noble Grand of True Fellowship Lodge no.52, marking this Third Degree as his last official lodge meeting as Noble Grand. There is some poetry in this, as his first official meeting as Noble Grand in January had been presiding over a Third Degree.
