Barnes Encampment 77 hosted their regular Pancake breakfast Saturday, April 4th. Debbie Shuler managed the event with help from Ben Shuler and a kitchen team of Ron Myres, Mason and Debbie Wolf, Annie Cronin and joined later by newer Encampment members Megs O’Neil and Terrence Seddon. 22 guests enjoyed fresh pancakes, fried ham, made-to-order eggs, the Shuler’s famous berry compote, fresh pineapple and melon.
The Encampment was joined by Clara Rebekahs hosting a cookie bake sale. With the generous pricing of 3 cookies for $1, many people left with cookies to share.
In addition to the guests from the far reaches of California in town for the Grand Lodge board meeting, we were delighted to see Pat Mclean and Alberto Garcia of Fremont.
We look forward to the next Pancake breakfast at 1035 Emory Street to be hosted by Clara Rebekah 34 on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026.
